Compton Cycles Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you bought online or visited us in our Catford store, here is everything you need to know about returning an item.
Online Orders
- Change of mind: If you are unhappy with your online order, you will need to notify us within 14 days. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product back in the original unused packaging.
- Faulty goods: You are entitled to a refund if we receive the product within 30 days.
- Carriage: You are responsible for carriage and delivery of the product to our store for all online returns.
In-Store Purchases
- Change of mind: Please return the unused goods, clean and in their original packaging, with your receipt within 14 days. We will offer you an exchange or credit.
- Faulty goods: You can get a refund within 30 days if the product is faulty as long as you have proof of purchase.
- Long-term issues: If we cannot replace or repair the product within 6 months of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund. (This may be susceptible to our supplier's refund and warranty policies).
Important Exclusions & Notes
- Customised Items: Customised items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty or not fit for purpose.
- Late Returns: Items returned after the 14 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee if the return is agreed.
- Sale Items: Please note that sale items are excluded from this policy and may not be returned.
