Returns Policy
Online OrdersIf you are unhappy with your online order you will need to notify us that you wish to return the product to us within 14 days. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product back in the original unused packaging. You are responsible for carriage and delivery of the product to our store.
If your goods are faulty you are entitled to a refund if we receive the product within 30 days. You are responsible for carriage and delivery of the product to our store.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In-Store Purchases
If you purchased in-store and change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods in their original packaging with your receipt within 14 days. We will offer you an exchange or credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that sale items are excluded from this policy and may not be returned.
You can get a refund within 30 days if the product is faulty as long as you have proof of purchase. If we cannot replace or repair the product within 6 months of purchase you may be entitled to a refund. This may be susceptible to our supplier's refund and warranty policies.
